Guava & Pandan Margarita cocktail
If you manage to get your hands on a delicious guava, it’s more than likely it’s from India. The strawberry pear-like flavour is a perfect bedfellow for spices and Tequila’s earthiness. We’ve swapped out the Cointreau for our homemade pandan syrup. The fragrant leaves of the plant are used widely for flavouring in South Asian cuisine. Quite hard to pin down those grassy, fish flavours though… we’ll leave it to you to explore.
