Pineapple & Cardamom Sidecar cocktail

The Sidecar is an all-time classic. Created in France for a cold officer during the First World War. He had just stepped out of his motorcycle sidecar after a chilly journey and sought relief in the bar. With the King of brandies at its base it’s refreshing and warming at the same time. We’ve gone tropical and spicy with ours with black cardamom for a touch of smoke and green cardamom for fragrant eucalyptus.
