Rose Petal Mai Tai cocktail

We’re heading off to the topics again. The Mai Tai is the King of Tiki cocktails. From the 30’s, (and when made well) it’s fruity, rich and tart. We’ve gone a little floral and spiced with ours. Think dried apricot, lemon zest and rose. Aperitif, digestif, whenever if.

  • Metaxa 12 Stars, Cointreau, lime, orgeat, Angostura bitters, rosewater
